摘  要:电动潜油螺杆泵采油系统(ESPCPS)的设计关键是要解决螺杆泵低转速、高扭矩的动力输入要求,研究实验结果发现机械减速器是整个机组系统的难点所在。根据胜利油田某油井工况对电动潜油螺杆泵采油系统用减速器的设计要求,采用2Z-V型少齿差行星齿轮传动进行优化设计。根据所建立的数学模型,选用可靠性高、搜索速度较快的分层网络法进行寻优,性能参数良好、优化效果明显。首次提出了潜油螺杆泵减速器综合性能系数R,解决了不同机组、不同工况下、不同结构潜油螺杆泵减速器的性能比较问题。The key design for Electric Submersible Progressing Cavity Pump(ESPCPS)is to satisfy the power input of screw pump for higher torsion and lower rotation rate.According to the experiments and research,the designing difficulty of the whole system is the mechanical reducer.Therefore,optimization design for 2Z-V planetary drive with small teeth difference is done based on the design requirement of well conditions in Shengli Oilfield.Based on the mathematical model established,the method of layered network with higher stability and faster speed in the process of optimization design is selected to optimize and better performance parameter is got with obvious optimization result.For the first time,an integrated performance coefficient R is proposed,which solves the problem of reducer's performance comparison for ESPCPS with kinds of different structures,various units under different working conditions.
