摘 要:应用虚拟样机技术和有限元技术对某型柴油机配气机构的动力学特性进行了仿真研究。采用了先建立实体模型和构件的有限元模型、后导入虚拟样机软件构建多体动力学分析模型的思路,建立了配气机构刚柔耦合的多体动力学分析模型,并对气门加速度、凸轮挺柱间作用力等性能指标进行了仿真分析,分析结果也通过气门加速度试验得到验证。与应用广泛的多刚体模型相比,该耦合模型能够更好地反映气门、推杆等零件的刚度、阻尼变化,计算精度更高。同时,该分析结果对于进一步的分析和优化也具有一定的参考价值。The dynamics characteristics on the valve train of a certain type of diesel engine was conducted using dummy prototype technology and finite element technology.And a multi-body dynamics analysis model coupled with rigid-flexible valve train was established by adopting the modeling idea of setting up entity model and parts'finite element model firstly,then introducing the virtual prototype software.Based on the model,the major research index were simulated which includes acceleration of valve,the interaction force between cam and tappet and so on.The calculation result was compared and verified by that from the valve acceleration experiment.Compared with the multiple-rigid-body being applied widely,rigid-flexible coupling model could effectively reflect the stiffness of valves,push-rods and so on as well as the change of damping parts with more precision in calculation.Meanwhile the analysis results would provide references for further analysis and optimization.
