摘 要:在碰撞仿真理论的指导下,以跨座式单轨车辆为研究对象,对跨座式单轨车辆车体结构进行了CAD建模,并建立了整车碰撞有限元模型。在碰撞模型基础上,模拟了跨座式单轨车辆车体与刚性墙正面碰撞过程,在车体碰撞过程中,得出了碰撞过程中车体的变形位移时间历程曲线,速度时间历程曲线和碰撞能量变化曲线。根据仿真结果,对单轨车体内乘员生存空间进行了分析,对车体的刚度和吸能能力及结构耐撞性进行了评价.从车体骨架变形可看出,跨座式单轨车辆车体的耐撞性能不太理想,车体前端发生了较大变形,危机到驾驶员的生存空间。Based on collision simulation theory,with a straddle-type monorail vehicle as the research object,a CAD modeling for the body structure was implemented and a finite element collision model was established.Based on the collision model established,the collision course between the straddle-type monorail vehicle and a rigid wall was simulated.During the body collision process,some curves,such as displacement-time history curve,velocity-time history curve and collision energy-time curve,were obtained.According to the simulation results,the survive space of passenger in straddle-type monorail vehicle was analyzed and the stiffness of vehicle,ability of energy absorption and crashworthiness were evaluated as well.The deformation of body frame could be seen that crashworthiness of straddle-type monorail vehicle body was not ideal with severe deformation being occurred in the front of the body,which might threaten the surviving space of the diver.
