摘 要:目的了解泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(pan—drugresistantA.baumannii,PDR—AB)的耐药性和产耐药酶的情况及其耐药机制。方法收集泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌3株,用纸片扩散法进行药敏测定;通过质粒接合试验、质粒提取实验、琼脂糖凝胶电泳、质粒消除试验等方法,研究细菌对碳青霉烯类耐药的分子机制。结果3株泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对包括亚胺培南(IMP)在内的常用抗菌药物均高度耐药。所有菌株接合试验均成功,接合子质粒条带相同。且经SDS质粒消除试验发现其对碳青霉烯类的耐药性随质粒的消除而丢失。结论碳青霉烯酶的产生是泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类耐药的机制之一;其携带的耐药基因能通过质粒在细菌间传递。Objective To explore the drug resistance of pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii and the production of drugresistant enzyme and their mechanisms of drug resistance. Methods Three strains of pan-resistant acinetobacter baumannii were collected, susceptibility was determined with the disk diffusion method; the molecular mechanism of the drug resistance of carbapenemases was studied by the test of plasmid bonding, plasmid extraction experiment, agarose gel electrophoresis, plasmid elimination test. Results Three pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii, including imipenem, were highly resistant to commonly used antimicrobial. Al! strains had successfully bonding test, and plasmid bands of zygote were same. The resistance to carbapenem was found to be eliminated with the loss of plasma by SDS plasmid eliminaing test. Conclusions Carbapenemase production is one of the mechanisms of pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii's resistant to carbapenems; It carries the resistance gene which is transferred by plasmid between bacteria.
