摘　　要：本文介绍贝加莱工控系统在小袋包装机上的应用。概述了小袋包装机的工作原理及小袋装盒生产线对控制系统的需求；重点描述了基于ACOPOS伺服驱动器和Ethernet Powerlink实时以太网的分布式运动控制解决方案的特点和控制系统的架构。该方案能较好地满足包装机在高速生产和柔性制造方面的控制需求。This paper deals with the application of ＆R＇s industrial control system to the small bag packaging machine. The au- thor summarizes the working principle of small bag packaging machine and the demands of small bag cartooning production line to the control system with the emphasis on the descriptions of the characteristics of the distributed motion control solution based on A- COPOS servo drives and real time Ethernet Powerlink and the architectures of the systems. The solution is able to better satisfy the control requirements of the packing machines in the aspects of high speed production and flexible manufacturing.
