摘  要:大学是人生的转折点,是人生学习和成长的关键阶段,而大一新生能否尽快适应新的环境、掌握学习方法和技巧、养成良好的作息规律,是社会、学校、新生家长倍受关注的问题。大一新生的人生观念、思维方式还不够成熟,很容易迷失方向,需要学校科学地开展大一新生适应期工作,将适应期教育与引导融为一体,改革传统的教育模式,建立完善的心理健康教育体系,加强学生自我评价意识,逐步培养自我约束、自我管理、自我激励的能力,为学生的健康成长打下坚实的基础。Entering into a college is a turn point of one's life and the key stage of one's study and growth.Whether first-year students could rapidly adapt to the new environment,be familiar with learning methods and techniques,and develop regular life style are the key issues that attract great focus of their parents.Since first-year students' value of life and thinking method are less mature and they are likely to get lost of direction,at this adaptive phase,colleges need to work it out scientifically,integrating the education with guidance;reforming traditional teaching methods;establishing sound psychological health education systems;enhancing students' self-evaluation awareness;fostering their abilities of self-discipline,self-management and self-motivation,thus to lay a steady foundation for their healthy development.
