摘 要:研究了时效热处理对奥氏体不锈钢AIS1304焊接接头组织和性能的影响。首先,分别采用E309-16和E310-15焊丝对AIS1304不锈钢进行焊接,并对两种奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头进行750℃时效热处理,分析了不同时效时间对上述两种接头组织和性能的影响规律。结果表明:经过一定时间时效处理后两种接头焊缝的晶界处中均有硬而脆的金属间化合物σ相析出,并且σ相的数量及体积随时效时间的延长而增加;在相同时效条件下,σ相在E309-16接头中更易析出,在两种接头中σ相的形貌也不相同;σ相的形成破坏了接头的冲击韧性。The effect of aging heat treatment on the structures and properties of austenitic stainless steel AISI304 welded joints were studied. Two kinds of AISI304 steel welded joints were prepared with E309-16 and E310-15 electrodes respectively,and were aged at 750℃.The effects of different ageing time on the structures and properties of austenite stainless steel welded joint were analyzed.The results showed thatσphase will precipitate at the grain boundaries in the two joints after a certain period of aging time,and the number and size of theσphase increase with the extension of aging time.At the same aging conditions,theσphase in the E309-16 joint was easier to precipitate.Theσphase morphology was not the same in both joints.The formation ofσphase deteriorates the impact toughness of the joints.
