摘  要:针对航空用中、高强铝合金结构件的大厚度比铝合金点焊、异种铝合金点焊、弯板结构点焊、涂底漆点焊,分析了构件点焊工艺特点和难点。研究表明:通过调整焊接参数和电极尺寸能有效地控制接触面的产热-散热情况,从而获得尺寸合适的熔核;对涂底漆点焊,焊前应施加预压力将底漆从接触面排走。Some kinds of spot welding processes of mid-high strength aluminum alloys parts such as the plate with large thickness ratio,dissimilar aluminum alloys,bent plates and undercoating plate were studied,respectively.The characteristics and difficulties were analyzed for different spot welding processes.The results show that the heat generation and radiation from the contacting zones can be controlled effectively with the formation of the nugget in a suitable size through the appropriate adjustments of the welding parameters and the size of electrodes.It is necessary for the spot welding process with undercoating to exert the pre-pressure to squeeze the undercoating out of the contact zones.
