摘  要:研制开发了2205双相不锈钢焊接用丝极埋弧焊材料,包括SAW2209焊丝及配套烧结焊剂SJ676,改善了目前国内双相不锈钢埋弧焊焊接材料大部分依赖进口的现状。研制的SJ676焊剂,采用CaF_2-Al_2O_3碱性渣系,碱度为2.6,具有良好的焊接工艺性及冶金性能。熔敷金属理化性能与力学性能优异,无晶间腐蚀倾向。焊接接头各区域铁素体含量均在30%~70%范围内,性能满足标准要求。Submerged arc welding materials for 2205 duplex stainless steels were developed,which includes SAW2209 welding wires and the matching welding flux(SJ676).The basic slag system of CaF2-Al_2O_3 was used in developing SJ676 welding flux with the alkalinity of 2.6, which has good weldability and metallurgy.Excellent physical,chemical and mechanical properties were obtained in the deposited medal without intergrannular corrosion.The ferrite number ranged from 30%to 70%in all the zone of welded joint,the properties of which meet standard the requirements.
