摘 要:利用双丝电弧喷涂技术在6061-T6铝合金基底上制备了NiAl-95/05和NiAl-80/20两种不同成分的镍铝涂层。采用扫描电镜(Scanning electron microscope,SEM)、X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、显微硬度计等设备对两种涂层的微观组织结构及特性进行对比分析,并采用滑动摩擦和滑动磨损试验方法,研究了两种涂层的滑动摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,两种涂层均与基体结合紧密,无裂纹;NiAl-95/05涂层中的主相为(Ni)固溶体,而NiAl-80/20涂层中主要组成相为Ni_3Al和NiAl;NiAl-95/05涂层和NiAl-80/20涂层显微硬度的平均值分别为219 HV和312 HV。摩擦磨损试验结果表明,在干态和水润湿条件下,NiAl-80/20涂层的滑动摩擦系数较大;而在油润湿条件下,两种涂层的滑动摩擦系数基本相等;显微硬度和滑动摩擦系数共同决定了涂层的滑动磨损性能,NiAl-80/20涂层的滑动磨损性能明显优于NiAl-95/05涂层。NiAl-95/05 and NiAl-80/20 were deposited on the 6061-T6 aluminum alloy substrate by two-wire arc spraying.The microstructure and properties were analyzed by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction and micro-hardness test.And the coefficient of friction(COF) and wear resistance were analyzed by sliding friction and sliding wear methods.The results indicate that the two coatings were combined closely with substrates without cracks.NiAl-95/05 coating is mainly composed of solid solution Ni,while NiAl-80/20 coating mainly contains Ni3Al and NiAl.The microhardness of NiAl-95/05 coating and NiAl-80/20 coating were 219 HV and 312 HV,respectively.The COF and wear resistance test showed that under the water and no-lubricated conditions,NiAl-80/20 coating had a larger coefficient of sliding friction,but under the oil-lubricated condition,the coefficients are equal approximately.The sliding wear property was determined by both the microhardness and the coefficient of sliding friction,and the sliding wear property of NiAl-80/20 coating was much better than that of NiAl-95/05 coating.
