摘　　要：目的:评价康复新液治疗儿童口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取2009～2010年在湖南省儿童医院口腔科就诊符合条件的患儿60例,随机分成两组各30例,试验组采用康复新液治疗,对照组采用碘甘油治疗,疗程7 d,观察两组的疗效并进行分析。结果:在治疗3 d和7 d后,试验组的总有效率分别为73.3%、86.7%,对照组的总有效率分别为46.7%、63.3%,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液治疗儿童口腔溃疡具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of oral ulcer in children.Methods： Sixty cases from department of Stomatology in Hunan Children＇s Hospital from 2009 to 2010 were chosen and randomly divided into two groups.Test group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid.Contrast group was treated with Iodine glycerin.The effects of both groups were observed and analyzed for seven days.Results： After 3 days and 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the test group（73.3%,86.7%） was much higher than that of the contrast group（46.7%,63.3%）.Significant changes were observed in statistics（P0.05）.Conclusions： Kangfuxin liquid has good clinical effect in treatment of oral ulcer in children,and it can be used extensively in clinic.
