摘  要:主要分析了一次风率、风室压力、省煤器入口氧量等因素对330 MW循环流化床锅炉效率的影响,以及钙硫摩尔比和炉膛温度对锅炉脱硫效率的影响。通过优化调整试验得到的大量实验数据的分析,对锅炉一次风率、风室压力、省煤器入口氧量、钙硫摩尔比和炉膛温度等参数进行了优化,固体不完全燃烧损失从3.77%最低降至1.829%,锅炉热效率由试验前89.99%提高到试验后的91.947%,提高了1.957%,运行经济性明显提高。实验表明提高钙硫摩尔比可以显著提高脱硫效率,本次试验石灰石最佳脱硫温度在869℃左右。The effect of primary air ratio,plenum pressure and oxygen level at the inlet of economizer on the efficiency of a 330 MW CFB boiler,and the effect of calcium-sulfur mol ratio,furnace temperature on the desulfurization efficiency were analysed.Those parameters were optimized based on the analysis of experimental data got from optimization and adjustment experiments.After the optimization,heat loss due to unburned carbon in refuse declined from 3.77% to 1.829%,and boiler thermal efficiency increased from 89.99% to 91.947%,with a 1.957% increment.Desulfurization efficiency increased sharply with the increasing of calcium-sulfur ratio,and the best desulfurization temperature in this trial was about 869 ℃.
