摘　　要：就煤炭企业社会责任的评价主体、评价内容、评价指标体系、评价方式及信息披露等相关问题进行了探讨。The paper had a discussion on the evaluation main body,evaluation content,evaluation index system,evaluation mode,information releasing and other related problems of the coal enterprise social responsibility.
