摘　　要：目的了解该院2010年临床药品使用动态监测结果,促进临床合理用药。方法收集该院2010年每月销售金额前20位的药品记录,对药品种类、出现频次等情况进行统计和分析。结果药品涉及9大类62个品种,抗微生物药物累计出现频次最高(123次);其次是中药制剂(45次);每月用药排名前2位药品销售金额波动幅度平稳。结论医院开展药品使用动态监测工作,显示出药品销售金额监测效益,但存在抗菌药物过度使用现象。Objective To probe into the results of dynamic monitoring for hospital drug use in The Third Hospital of Bengbu in 2010 so as to promote rational drug use.Methods Drug records about the amount of the top 20 sales monthly in 2010 were collected and analyzed statistically.Results Drugs were related to 49 kinds of 9 categories.Antimicrobials took the lead in frequency of use（123）,followed by TCM preparations（45）.The amount of the top 2 sales monthly fluctuated smoothly.Conclusion Dynamic monitoring on drug use display monitoring the performance on The amount of drug sales,but the phenomenon of excessive use of antibiotics still exist.
