摘  要:[目的]建立一种测定黑果小檗中总黄酮含量的方法。[方法]用超声波提取黑果小檗果实中的总黄酮,然后以芦丁为标准品,采用分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。[结果]芦丁浓度与吸光度的线性关系方程为A=0.010 74 C+0.009 214(r=0.999 2),表明芦丁在7.5~60.0μg/ml范围内与吸光度值线性关系良好,平均回收率为93.6%;测得黑果小檗果肉、籽粒中总黄酮的含量分别为0.78%和1.89%。[结论]该方法快速、简便、可靠,可用于黑果小檗中总黄酮含量的测定。[ Objective ] The aim was to establish a method to determine total flavonoids content in Breberis heteropoda Shrenk. [ Method ] Ultra- sonic technology was used to extract the total flavonoid of the fruits of B. heteropoda Shrenk, and then with rutin as the standard substance, total flaonoids were determined by spectrophotometry. [ Result ] The results showed that the linear relationship equation of rutin concentration and the absorbance was A =0. 016 74 C +0. 009 214 (r =0. 999 2), which indicated that there was a good linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of rntin within the range of 7.5 -60.0μg/ml. The average recovery rate was 93.6%, and the contents of total flavonoids in pulp and seed were 0. 78% and 1.89% respectively. [Conclusion ] The method was found to be fast, simple, reliable and good for the determi- nation of total flavonoids in B. heteropoda Shrenk.
