珠海市土地利用变化规律及其驱动力分析

摘　　要：利用1988～2008年的珠海市遥感图像,对珠海市土地利用类型进行提取和识别。结果显示,珠海市耕地、园地面积逐年减少,建成区、新开发区、水面及道路面积逐年增大;珠海市林地面积也有逐年增大的趋势,说明珠海市在经济发展过程中注重了林地的保护;土地利用综合指数在1998年达到最大值,2003、2008年略有下降,但均高于1988年;经济发展、城市规划、人口增长及产业调整是珠海市土地利用类型变化的主要驱动力。Based on the RS images of Zhuhai City from 1988 to 2008,its land use types were extracted and identified. The results showed that the area of farmland and garden plot was decreasing year by year,while the area of building land,newly exploitative land,waterbody and read was in- creasing. The woodland area was also increasing,proving that the woodland was protected during the economic development of Zhuhai. The coral prehensive land use index reached the maximum in 1998 and slightly declined in 2003 and 2008 ,but sill above that in 1988. The change of land use types in Zhuhai was mainly driven by its economic development,city planning,population growth and industrial restructuring.
