接骨七厘片治疗胫腓骨下段骨折延迟愈合的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析接骨七厘片对促进骨折愈合的机制。方法将胫腓骨延迟愈合的患者随机分成两组,临床组口服接骨七厘片,对照组则口服丹参片,以2周为1个疗程,连续使用3个疗程,分别于第2个和第3个疗程结束后摄X线片。结果在骨痂生成方面:临床组与对照组相比,差异显著,P<0.05。结论本临床研究表明接骨七厘片对促进胫腓骨下段延迟愈合具有良好的疗效。Objective To study mechanism of action which Jiegu Qili tablet treating tibiofibula fracture delayed union.Method All nferior segment tibiofibula fracture delayed union patients were grouped into two groups randomly,the treatment group were cured with Jiegu Qili tablet,the control group were cured with salvia miltiorrhiza bunge.Two weeks as one course of treatment,drug discontinuance for two weeks after ending one course of treatment,continuous three courses treatment,take a DR after ending of later two course of treatmen.Result At the formation of callus,the difference is obvious between treatment group and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical observation indicates： Jiegu Qili tablet treating inferior segment tibiofibula fracture delayed union have got satisfactory curative effect.
