摘　　要：目的探讨腓骨瓣游离移植修复口腔下颌骨缺损患者围术期护理方法。方法对9例因各种原因致口腔下颌骨缺损患者行腓骨瓣游离移植修复治疗,并给予精心围术期护理。结果通过我们精心的护理,患者骨瓣存活成功率100%,下颌骨形状和功能恢复良好,无1例并发症发生。结论对腓骨瓣游离移植修复口腔下颌骨缺损患者进行充分的术前准备和精心的术后护理可有效降低并发症的发生,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the pick to fibular flap for the repair of mandibular defect in patients with perioperative nursing methods.Methods 9 patients for various reasons caused by mandibular defects with fibula flap for the repair of treatment,and careful perioperative nursing care.Results Through our meticulous care,patient bone flap survival success rate 100%,mandibular shape and good functional recovery,and no case of complications.Conclusion The free fibula flap transplantation for repairing mandibular defects with sufficient preoperative preparation and careful postoperative nursing care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
