孕妇血清VEGF、PAPP-A水平与妊娠期高血压发病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨孕妇血清中VEGF、PAPP-A水平与妊娠期高血压发生的内在联系。方法我院2010年2月至7月的50例正常孕妇作为对照组,50例患妊娠期高血压孕妇作为观察组,两组血清中VEGF、PAPP-A水平均利用EIISA法(酶联免疫吸附法)进行检测和比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组VEGF和PAPP-A水平得到明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),且与病情程度呈正相关。结论 VEGF和PAPP-A在妊娠期高血压发生过程中具重要作用,对二者的联合检测可最为疾病的辅助诊断。Objective To investigate maternal serum VEGF,PAPP-A levels and gestational hypertension internal relations.Methods The hospital in February 2010 to July of 50 normal pregnant women as the control group,50 cases of pregnant women suffering from pregnancy-induced hypertension as a study group,two groups of serum VEGF,PAPP-A levels were used EIISA method（enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay） were detected and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group VEGF and PAPP-A levels significantly increased（P0.05,P0.01）,and was positively correlated with the disease.Conclusion VEGF and PAPP-A in gestational hypertension with an important role in the process,both the joint detection of most diseases,the diagnosis can be.
