护理干预在肠道手术患者胃肠功能恢复中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在肠道手术患者胃肠功能恢复中的临床应用价值。方法选择2009年9月至2010年9月期间在我院接受治疗的肠道手术患者200例,随机将其分为干预组和对照组,每组100例。两组患者在进行手术治疗的同时均给予一般常规护理,而干预组则在此基础之上加用更为系统化的护理干预,并对两组患者的临床治疗情况进行比较和分析。结果干预组与对照组相比,其患者的腹部症状恢复和缓解时间、进食时间、排气时间、排便时间均明显缩短,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在肠道手术胃肠功能恢复的过程中疗效确切效果显著,对于肠道手术患者具有积极的临床辅助治疗价值。Objective To probe of the clinical applied value of nursing intervention in the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with intestinal surgery.Methods Selected from September 2009 to September 2010,200 patients treated intestinal surgery in our hospital.All the patients divided into intervention group and control group randomly,there were 100 patients in each group.All the patients in the two groups were given the same general routine care during surgery.The patients in the intervention group were given more systematic nursing intervention.The clinical treatment of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the relieve abdominal symptoms recovery time,eating time,exhaust time,defecation time of patients in intervention group were significantly shortened,there were statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion It has a significant curative effect of nursing intervention in the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with intestinal surgery.It has a positive clinical value of adjuvant therapy for patients with intestinal surgery.
