关于综合护理干预在前置胎盘期待疗法中的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在前置胎盘期待疗法中的临床疗效观察。方法对照组常规给予妇产科基础护理,干预组除在对照组的护理基础上还采取一系列的综合护理措施。结果干预组与对照组在产妇终止妊娠时间、产后出血量、产后感染率、新生儿体质量、Apgar评分、呼吸窘迫综合征发生率及病死率和患者及其家属的满意度上比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论综合护理干预在前置胎盘期待疗法过程中能够显著改善患者临床情况,提高新生儿状况,护理效果显著。Objective Inquire into a comprehensive nursing intervention fore place a placenta expectation clinical curative effect within therapy observation.Methods The matched control normal regulations gives the gynecology foundation the nursing,intervention set in addition to still adopting on the nursing foundation of matched control is a series of of comprehensive nursing measure.Results Intervention set and matched control terminate gestation time and postnatal period to bleed quantity,the postnatal period infection rate,new born＇s weight,Apgar grade point and breathe at the pregnant woman hard-pressed comprehensive advertise for the satisfaction of incidence rate and death rate and sufferer and its family memberses up the comparison,the difference has statistics to learn meaning（P0.05）,the intervention set clinical treatment effect obviously surpasses a matched control.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention fore place placenta expectation can show a improvement in the therapy process clinical circumstance of sufferer,exaltation new born＇s condition,the nursing effect is significant.
