原发性高血压患者血清Apelin的变化及其与糖脂代谢的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性高血压(EH)及合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清Apelin的变化及其与血脂的关系。方法:选取EH患者34例,EH+T2DM35例及正常对照者(NC组)19例,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清Apelin水平,同时测定总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖。结果:EH组及EH+T2DM组血清Apelin水平均明显高于NC组(P<0.05),EH组血清Apelin水平明显低于EH+T2DM组(P<0.05)。血清Apelin与收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、空腹血糖、体质量指数、三酰甘油呈正相关(r分别为0.332、0.344、0.365、0.375、0.736、0.338,均P<0.01),与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关(r=-0.251,P<0.05)。结论:EH患者血清Apelin水平可升高,血清Apelin水平与肥胖、糖脂代谢有关。Objective： To investigate the correlation between serum apelin and plasma lipid profile in essential hyper- tension （EH） patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods： There were three groups in the study, 34 patients with EH, 35 patients with EH and T2DM （EH＋T2DM） and 19 healthy subjects （NC）. The serum apelin level, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）,high-density lipoprotein （HDL）, low-density lipoprotein （LDL） and fasting plasma glucose （FPG） were mea- sured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results： The serum levels of apelin were significantly higher in EH and EH＋T2DM groups than that of NC group （P 〈 0.05）. The serum level of apelin was significantly lower in EH group than that of EH＋T2DM group （P 〈 0.05）. There were positive correlation between the serum apelin and systolic pressure （SP）, dia- stolic pressure （DP）, mean arterial pressure （MAP）, FPG, body mass index （BMI） and TG （r = 0.332, 0.344, 0.365, 0.375, 0.736 and 0.338, P 〈 0.01）, and negative correlation between the serum apelin and the level of HDL （r = -0.251, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The serum level of apelin was higher in patients with EH. The serum level of apelin is related with obesity, glu- cose and lipid metabolism.
