喜炎平注射液和热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病普通病例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察比较喜炎平注射液和热毒宁注射液对手足口病普通病例的治疗效果。方法 2009年1月至2011年6月门诊诊断的240例手足口病普通病例患儿,随机分为对照组、治疗A组和治疗B组,在常规退热等对症治疗基础上,3组分别给予利巴韦林注射液、喜炎平注射液和热毒宁注射液静脉注射治疗,观察3组临床疗效和药物不良反应。结果使用喜炎平注射液和热毒宁注射液的治疗A组和治疗B组临床疗效明显优于使用巴韦林注射液的对照组,主要表现为退热时间、疱疹消退时间和皮疹消退时间较短,总有效率较高(P<0.05);但两治疗组之间上述指标则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液和热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病普通病例均有明显临床疗效。Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiyanping injection and Reduning injection in treatment of mild cases of hand-foot-mouth disease in children.Methods Two hundred and forty pediatric patients with mild hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly allocated into three groups,cases in group A were treated with Xiyanping injection,cases in group B were treated with Reduning injection,and cases in group C were treated with ribavirin injection.Results The treatment with Xiyanping injection and Reduning injection could shorten the duration of defervescence and regression time of herpes,then they might raise the total efficacy rate（P0.05）.But there was no difference in duration of defervescence,and regression time of herpes and erythema and total efficacy rate between group A and group B（P0.05）.Conclusion Xiyanping injection and Reduning injection have better clinical efficacy in treatment of pediatric patients with milder hand-foot-mouth disease.
