黄芪健中汤加减治疗慢性肾炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪健中汤治疗慢性肾炎临床疗效。方法选择2010年1月至2011年6月期间收治的42例慢性肾炎患者作为研究对象。对42例患者给予黄芪健中汤治疗,3个疗程后对治疗效果进行观察分析。结果 42例慢性肾炎患者,治愈:28例,显效:9例,有效:1例,无效:4例,治疗总有效率达90.5%。结论应用黄芪健中汤治疗慢性肾炎,临床疗效确切,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction（Astragalus health decoction） in treatment of patients with chronic nephritis.Methods Forty two cases of chronic nephritis treated in this hospital during January 2010 to June 2011 were selected for this study.All 42 patients were given with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction for treatment,their efficacy of treatment with three courses was observed and analyzed.Results Among 42 cases of chronic nephritis,28 cases were cured,9 with marked effectiveness,1 case with effectiveness and 4 cases failed,and the total effective rate reached 90.5%.Conclusion The application of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in treatment of patients with chronic nephritis is effective,and it is worthy to be further recommended for clinical application.
