摘　　要：标准化战略能够促使企业构建起基于技术标准的竞争优势。基于技术标准生命周期规律特征,提出湖南民营企业标准化战略模式的四种类型:标准领导战略、标准挑战战略、标准兼容战略、标准创新战略,以及战略实施的主要途径:技术标准形成机制、技术创新集群以及产业标准链延伸。The standardized strategy can impel enterprises to acquire competitive advantages of the technical standardization.Based on the characteristics of technical standard life cycle theory,the authors propose four standardized strategy models：the standard leading strategy,challenging strategy,compatible strategy as well as innovative strategy.Furthermore,they put forward the main routes for their enforcements,which are the promotion of mechanism for technical standard,the construction of technical innovation cluster and the extension to the chain of industrial standard.
