摘　　要：端粒在肿瘤细胞和正常细胞中的表达量存在显著差异,并因此成为癌症治疗的主要靶点。随着对端粒酶抑制剂研究的深入,作为治疗艾滋病的核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂齐多夫定重新引起关注。本文综述齐多夫定作用于不同肿瘤细胞的体外研究进展。Due to the significant difference of expression level between cancer cell and normal cell,telomere becomes an important target of cancer therapy.As a telomerase inhibitor zidovudine,a kind of nucleoside analogs for AIDS treatment has been concerned recently.This review summarizes the effect of zidovudine in cancer therapy.
