摘　　要：回顾了服务科学的起源,并从服务科学国内外研究两个方面分析了其研究进展。在总结、分析我国健身俱乐部管理存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了基于服务科学的健身俱乐部服务管理研究的主要问题及其解决方案。This paper reviewed the origin of service science and analyzed its research development at home and abroad.Based on the summary and analysis of the main problems of the health clubs＇ management,the author put forward the main problem and solutions to the health clubs＇ management in view of service science.
