摘 要:目的:目前大多数ICU的医护人员通过人工调节的方式来完成多个输液设备的协同工作,效率较低且容易造成差错,并且医护人员需要到病人床边才能了解输液情况。针对这些问题,提出了基于无线网络的危重监护与输液控制诊疗一体化系统。本文主要介绍在windows 7操作系统下,设计与开发危重症监护与输液控制诊疗一体化系统的中央监控服务器。方法:危重监护与输液控制诊疗一体化系统由输液设备、监护输液基站、医护PDA和中央监控服务器等组成。中央监控服务器与监护输液基站和医护PDA之间采用C/S架构。中央监控服务器开发平台是Visual Studio 2010,开发语言是C#,使用Microsoft SQL Server 2005作为数据库管理系统。中央监控服务器采用面向对象开发的软件设计思路,使用.NET Framework 4.0的窗体和控件实现人机交互界面,通过无线网络通讯方式和数据库访问技术。中央监控服务器的报警管理采用数据库访问的方式实现,所有的报警项目储存在一张数据库表格中,每个报警项目对应唯一的报警序列号。结果:实时观测与记录中央监控服务器、监护输液基站和医护PDA的输液同步信息,结果显示中央监控服务器的输液同步信息与它所控制的监护输液基站一致,医护PDA可以正确访问中央监控服务器。结论:中央监控服务器通信正确、运行良好,可以实现对多台监护输液基站的协同控制,并可以被医护PDA无线访问,使ICU的医护人员能及时的掌握ICU病人的输液情况。Objective: At present,most ICU doctors use manual adjustment way to accomplish a plurality of infusion equipment to work cooperatively which is in low efficiency and easy to make mistakes,and they need to observe the infusion synchronous information beside the patient beds.A new solution named Care and Treatment Integration System of ICU is proposed to solve these problems.This paper aims to design and develop a Central Monitor and Infusion Server for Care and Treatment Integration System of ICU,based on operating system windows 7.Methods: The Care and Treatment Integration System of ICU is composed by infusion equipment,Infusion Workstation,PDA and Central Monitor and Infusion Server.The architecture is Client/Server.The development platform of the Central Monitor and Infusion Server is Microsoft Visual Studio 2010,using C #,and its database management system is Microsoft SQL Server 2005.The Central Monitor and Infusion Server is based on object-oriented software design ideas,using.NET Framework 4 forms and controls to achieve user interface,adopting wireless network communication and database access technology.The alarm management of Central Monitor and Infusion Server is accomplished by database access.All alarm items are accessed from a database table,and each alarm item corresponds to an only sequence number.Results: We observed and then recorded the synchronous information of Central Monitor and Infusion Server,Infusion Workstations and PDA.The results was that the Central Monitor and Infusion Server displayed as same the synchronous information as Infusion Workstations which under the Central Monitor and Infusion Server's control,and PDA accessed the Central Monitor and Infusion Server successfully.Conclusions: The Central Monitor and Infusion Server ran well.It can control Infusion Workstations to work collaboratively and be accessed wirelessly by PDA,so the doctors can get the infusion information in time.
