钠盐池氯化钠来源及组成的相图分析与计算

摘　　要：察尔汗盐湖氯化钾生产过程中,首先是晶间卤水通过盐田滩晒制备光卤石,在此过程中副产大量的氯化钠。实验以察尔汗盐湖晶间卤水为原料,对晒制光卤石过程中产生的氯化钠进行了相图分析和计算。计算结果对利用钠盐池废弃氯化钠精制分离制备离子膜烧碱所需的一次精制盐具有很好的指导作用。During the process of potassium chloride production in Chaerhan salt lake, earnallite is produced by solar salt from intercrystal saline, Halite is the by - product of this process. In this paper, the intercrystal saline in Chaerhan salt lake is used as raw materials that the phase diagram analysis and calculation of the composition in halite pond are investigated. The results are significant for NaCl purification and use the purified NaCl as raw material in ion film caustic soda produetion.
