摘  要:文章对海水和卤水中溴离子测定常用的次氯酸钠—碘量法进行了改进,简化了次氯酸盐的配制,并改用沸水浴代替煮沸去除多余次氯酸盐及甲酸钠。采用平行测定、加标回收等方法,考察了方法改进后的精密度、准确度,试验结果表明,平行测定的人工卤水相对标准偏差为0.09%,相对误差在0.5%以内。淡化副产浓海水和盐田滩晒卤水加标回收率为97%~99%,符合容量法回收率在95%~105%的要求。溴离子浓度为79.6 mg/L~1 000mg/L范围内的重复性相对标准差为1.14%,再现性相对标准差为2.38%。考察了浓海水中碘离子含量对测定结果的影响,实验数据表明,碘离子浓度较低,对测溴结果不产生影响。改进后的方法具有重复性好、精密度高、准确度较高的特点,可用于海水和卤水中溴离子浓度的测定。In this paper, improvements are made on test method for bromide ion in seawater and brines. These improvements include simplification of the preparation of hypochlorite solution and use of boiling water bath for heater to heat the sample to remove redundant sodium hypochlorite and sodium formate. The improved test method' s precision and accuracy are studied by means of parallel determination and standard recovery test. The experimental results of parallel determination of bromide concentration of artificial brine showed that relative standard deviation is 0.09% , and the relative errors are below 0.5 %. Recovery of standard addition of bromide ion to concentrated seawater and brine are between 97% and 99% , which fails in the scope of volumetric test method 95% - 105%. Repeatability and Reproducibility of the method were determined in the concentra- tion range of bromide ion from 79.6 mg/L ~ 1 000 mg/L. The result shows that repeatability relative standard deviation is 1. 14% and reproducibility relative standard deviation is 2.38%. Further study of effect of iodide ion existed in sample, such as concentrated seawater, on test results of bromide ion was carried out, and the influence of iodide ion can be considered negligible due to its low concentration in sample. All results above indicate that the improved test method in this paper is one featured with good repeatability and high precision and accuracy. As a result,it is applicable forthe test of bromide ion in seawater and brines.
