中西“嘉莉妹妹”之比较——《我要富贵》与《嘉莉妹妹》的不解之缘

摘　　要：《嘉莉妹妹》传人中国已经有几十年的历史，中国读者对这部小说的理解也在不断变化，并且出现了中国版的“嘉莉妹妹”——《我要富贵》，两者之间有相通之处。本文在分析两部小说情节及写作背景的基础上比较《嘉莉妹妹》与《我要富贵》的异同，揭示两者的不解之缘。Sister Carrie has been introduced to China for decades, and Chinese readers＇ understanding about this novel l Want To Be Rich, was changing, the Chinese version of Sister Carrie appeared in the first decade of 21st century. There must be some relativity be- tween these two novels. This thesis analyze the plots and the writing backgrounds in these two novel, find out the similarities and differ- ences between these two novels, and illustrate the indissoluble bond between these two novels.
