摘　　要：关于政策趋同的研究是公共政策研究中的一个重要话题,目前已得到美国和欧洲等国家学者的持续关注。从20世纪60年代开始至今,西方学术界涌现了大量有价值的研究文献,但我国学术界却长期忽视了对政策趋同这一领域的研究,而且对西方研究成果的引进和介绍都非常不足。论文从政策趋同内涵的界定、政策趋同与其他概念的辨析、政策趋同的类型以及政策趋同的影响因素等方面对西方文献研究进行综述、评价,并分析其学术意义与现实意义。Research on policy convergence is a significant field which is the focus of scholars from United States and European countries. Since the 1960s, a variety of theories and viewpoints have emerged in the west. The paper summarizes the definition of policy convergence, the analysis of relationship between convergence and related concepts, the categories of policy convergence and the causal factors of policy convergence and so on.
