摘　　要：快乐工作法是目前研究和推广的工作方法。试求针对领导班子建设存在的突出问题,以快乐工作为出发点,保证领导班子在思想认识的统一、团结、民主集中制三个重点领域的建设思路,以期达到和谐班子建设的目的。Happy working method is a kind of working method that is widely researched and practiced.In view of the obvious problems in the construction of the leadership,it is proposed that the three aspects including thought unification,uniting and democracy-centralism system be stressed to achieve the goal of constructing a harmonious leadership based on the happy working method.
