包装机内袋成型机构的设计及理论分析

摘　　要：采用解析法建立了包装机内袋成型机构整形中的角度变化等式,推导出成型机构的主动拉力、渐变角度以及内袋运动速度之间的关系.分析结果表明,此种成型机构对包装袋小弧度的翻边更具优势.The design of shaping mechanism and its operating principle were introduced,and the angle equation in plastics was established through an analytical method,the active tension of packaging machine,gradual change of angle and the velocity relation between the bags were deduced.The analysis results suggest that this kind of shaping mechanism has more advantages in small radian of flanging of packaging bags.
