摘 要:中原油田东濮凹陷柳屯洼陷区块文九井盐层段厚、埋藏深,地层压力系数最高2.0,井底温度高达150℃。针对高温、高盐、高固相条件下钻井液流变性难以控制、高温高压滤失量与流变性难以兼顾的技术难点,进行了室内研究,确定了高密度抗高温饱和盐水钻井液配方以及维护措施,并在濮深18井、文408井成功应用,解决了"三高"条件下顺利钻进难题,形成了一套适合东濮凹陷柳屯洼陷盐层施工的高密度抗高温饱和盐水钻井液配套技术。In Liutun Depression Block of Dongpu Depression in Zhongyuan Oilfield,salt beds were thick and deeply buried,formation pressure was as high as 2.0,bottom-hole pressure was as high as 150℃.In consideration of the problems of rheologic property hard to controlled under the conditions of high temperature,high salt content and high solid and filtration rate and rheology hard to ensure under HTHP,experimental study was performed to determine the formula of high density and high-temperature resisting salt-water drilling fluid and its maintenance measures.It is used successfully in Well Pusheng 18 and Well Wen 408,the problems of '3 high indexes' are solved,a matching technique for the high density and high-temperature resisting salt-water drilling fluid is determined in Dongpu Depression.
