摘　　要：针对我国禽骨肉糜加工的现状,设计一条禽骨类肉质采集生产线,介绍其加工工艺与设备,重点说明TSJ600型物料提升机、FF-2型肉糜定量分份机、DB-1500型孔式滤网骨肉分离机的结构及技术特点,旨在为禽骨类肉质采集的产业化和机械化加工提供参考。In view of the present state of China＇s poultry flesh meat processing, a poultry bone meat acquisition production hne is designed. This article introduces the its processing technology and equipment, focusing on the TSJ600 type material elevator, FF-type 2 meat quantitative sub-copy machine, the DB-1500 Kong-style filter separated from machine structure and the main technical characteristics of the equipment in an effort to provide the reference for the industrialization and mechanized processing of the poultry meat and bone collection.
