摘　　要：以保利十二橡树庄园房地产开发项目为例,分析工程开发过程中可能造成的水土流失,从工程和生物两方面提出水土保持方案,并对其投资进行了初步估算,以期为水土保持的设计及实施工作提供有益的参考。This article, taking the real estate development project of Baoli Twelve Oaks Manor as an example, makes analysis on the potential water and soil erosion caused by the project, comes up with water and soil conservation scheme in terms of engineering and biology, and makes preliminary estimates on its investment in a bid to provide reference for similar projects.
