摘　　要：从纤维特性入手 ,分析了经纱拉伸变形的特性及开车痕产生的原因 ,提出降低上机张力、合理设置经纱张力补偿值、合理设定预启动校对值 。Start with the fibre characteristics,this paper analysed the characteristics of warp tensile buckling and the forming cause of starting marks.In order to eliminate starting marks,we should reduce the loom tension,reasonably install the compensation value of warp tension and reasonably determine the pre\|starting checking value.
