摘　　要：本文从分析目前高等专科院校针对大学生就业工作实施的方法出发,通过结合笔者所在学院就业工作的实际开展情况,进一步具体探讨了高等专科院校对大学生就业工作的思路及方式,为高等专科院校培养出更多高素质的应用型人才奠定了基础。The paper starting from the analysis of the higher colleges for the implementation of the Employment of College Students, through the combination of the actual conduct of the employment work of the author of the Institute, to further explore specific ideas and methods of the higher colleges of college students＇ employment, laid the foundation for specialist colleges to train more high-quality application.
