摘　　要：心理障碍和心理疾病对大学生的身心健康和成才都会带来极大的影响。因此,我们应加以高度重视,及时了解他们的心理动态,采取积极有效的措施,解除他们的心理障碍,提高大学生的身心健康水平。文章通过一个具体的个体对大学生心理危机的处理进行了探讨。Mental disorders and mental illness will have a tremendous impact on the physical and mental health of the students and the talent. Therefore, we should attach great importance to keep abreast of their psychological dynamics, and to take positive and effective measures to remove the psychological barriers, improving the students＇ physical and mental health. The article explored by a specific individual processing on students＇ psychological crisis.
