摘　　要：目的建立测定三七拟青霉胶囊中腺苷含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),色谱柱为Phenomenex Gemini C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为pH 6.5磷酸盐缓冲液(0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠68.5 mL与0.01 mol/L磷酸氢二钠31.5 mL混合)-甲醇(85∶15),流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量为5μL,检测波长为260 nm,柱温为室温。结果腺苷在0.05～0.24μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 99),加样回收率为98.18%,RSD=1.35%。结论本法操作简便,结果可靠,适用于三七拟青霉胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC quantitative method for determination of andenosine in Sanqiniqingmei capsules.Methods The RP-HPLC analysis was carried out on a Phenomenex Gemini C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,mobile phase was the mixture of the phosphatic buffer solution（mix 68.5 mL 0.01 mol/L NaH2PO3 with 31.5 mL 0.01 mol/L Na2HPO3）-methanol（85∶15）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the injection volume was 5 μL,the detection wavelength was at 260 nm,and column temperature was room temperature.Results The linear range of adenosine was 0.05-0.24 μg（r=0.999 99）,and the recovery of adenosine was 98.18%（RSD=1.35%）.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,and can be used for quantitative control of Sanqiniqingmei capsules.
