HPLC同时测定通腑理气颗粒中柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立通腑理气颗粒中柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20∶80),检测波长283 nm,体积流量1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃。结果柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷分别在10.4～166.2、6.1～98、21.2～339.2μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率依次为98.14%、98.36%、96.94%,RSD分别为1.58%、1.79%、2.75%。结论本方法快速、灵敏,准确度高,可用于通腑理气颗粒中柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量测定。Objective To explore a method for simultaneously determining naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Tongfu Liqi Granules.Methods HPLC method was used.Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was adopted.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile（A） and water（B）.The detection wavelength was 283 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 10.4-166.2,6.1-98,21.2-339.2 μg for narigin,hesperidin and neohesperidin,respectively.The average recovery was 98.14%,98.36% and 96.94% for narigin,hesperidine and neohesperidine,respectively,and RSD was 1.58%,1.79% and 2.75%.Conclusion The method is reproducible,sensitive and accurate for determination of narigin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Tongfu Liqi Granules.
