摘  要:目的优选前列保颗粒最佳水提工艺条件。方法以浸膏得率、马钱苷含量为评价指标,以浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验法对前列保颗粒的水提取工艺进行优选。结果最佳水提取工艺为:加水浸泡1.5 h,提取2次,加水量分别为8、6倍量,提取时间分别为2.0、1.5 h。结论优选的工艺合理可行,适用于工业大生产。Objective To optimize the water extraction conditions of Qianliebao Granules.Methods The extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal tests with the extract yield and the amount of the extracted loganin as indexes,and soaking time,water volume and extracting time as factors.Results The optimum extraction process was as follows:soaking in water for 1.5 h,decocting 2 times,adding water for 8,6 times and extracting for 2.0,1.5 h,respectively.Conclusion The optimum extraction process is reasonable,feasible,and suitable for industrialized production.
