摘 要:以红外空空弹头罩为研究对象,利用气动加热工程计算方法提供的热流密度为输入条件进行了热载状态下结构的瞬态温度场和热应力分析,并以电弧风洞试验进行验证,试验结果与计算结果吻合,表明本文方法具有一定的精度,能满足工程设计要求。利用文中的分析方法,提出降低红外头罩热应力的改进建议。Taking the dome of infrared air-to-air missile as the research object, using the heat flux obtained by engineering calculation approach on aerodynamic heating as input condition, this paper gives a brief analysis on the instantaneous temperature field and thermal stress of missile under the hot-carrier status, and verifies it by arc wind tunnel tests. Some numerical results are in good agreements with experimental data. The result shows that accuracy of the present approach is effective for engineering application. By adopting the analysis approach of this paper, some suggestion for improvement for to reduce the thermal stress of the infrared dome was put forwarded.
