摘　　要：在漫长的历史发展过程中,壮族人民创造了不少具有民族特色的体育活动形式,并以其特有的方式延续至今。随着国家对非物质文化遗产的保护力度加强,我们应当抓住机遇保护壮族民族体育并充分利用这一优势通过发展民俗旅游,来更好地保护与传承民族传统体育。论文主要对广西壮族的民族传统体育现状进行具体研究,对其文化内涵,社会功能与价值进行剖析,对其民族传统体育文化的保护以及发展前景、发展条件和发展思路做深入论述,寻找通过旅游开发促进民族传统体育得到更好的保护与发展的最佳方式,使保护与开发互相促进。In the long course of historical development, the Zhuang people to create a lot of national characteristics in the form of physical activity, and its unique way continues to this day. With the country to strengthen the efforts to the protection of the intangible cultural heritage, we should seize the opportunity to protect the Zhuang ethnic sports and take full advantage of this through the development of folk tourism, to better protect the heritage of traditional ethnic sports.
