摘　　要：针对视频监控系统中普通中型、重型云台预置位不准确的问题,提出了一种基于图像相似性分析的云台预置位控制方法。在此介绍了所提云台控制方法的基本原理,重点论述了硬预置位和软预置位的关系、软预置位的设定以及如何定位到软预置位等关键问题的实现方法,并给出一种利用最大互相关匹配法进行图像相似性分析的图像偏差计算方法。所提出的云台预置控制方法该方法可在普通中型、重型云台上以低成本实现高精度的云台预置位控制,具有可任意设置预置位、控制精度受云台等设备的性能影响小等特点,能够广泛应用于需要精确定位的视频监控系统中。Since the preset location of the video surveillance system for medium or heavy PTZ is not accurate,a method of PTZ preset location control based on the image similarity analysis is proposed.The basic principles of the proposed PTZ control method is introduced.The relationship between the soft preset and hard preset,the setting method of the soft preset location,and how to locate the soft preset place are described emphatically.A method of the image deviation calculation for the image similarity analysis based on the a maximum cross-correlation matching method is presented.The proposed PTZ preset location control method can achieve high-precision control on the common medium or heavy PTZ（pantiltzoom） with low cost.It can set the preset location arbitrarily,and the influence of the performance of PTZ devices on control accuracy is less.It can be widely used in the video surveillance systems which need the precise positioning.
