摘　　要：目的探讨电针、外用药、针药合用对大鼠银屑病样皮损的影响。方法制备银屑病样皮损大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、电针组、外用药组及针药组,分别连续治疗10 d。根据Baker组织学得分及银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)得分,评价皮损组织病理改变和皮损严重程度。结果电针组、外用药组及针药组皮损Baker组织学得分及PASI得分均较模型组降低(P<0.01),其中电针组Baker组织学得分降低明显(P<0.01);其PASI得分与外用药组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);外用药组与针药组差异无统计学意义。结论电针、外用他扎罗汀及针药并用均对银屑病样皮损大鼠模型皮损有改善作用,其中电针的作用更明显。Objective To study the effect of electroacupuncture,topic drug and combined electroacupuncture and topic drug therapy on the rat models with psoriasis-like lesion.Methods The rat models with psoriasis-like lesion were prepared.Then they were randomly divided into model group,electroacupuncture group,topic drug group and combined electroacupuncture and topic drug group.Except model group,other three groups were treated respectively with electroacupuncture,western drug Tazarotene and electroacupuncture combined with Tazarotene,once a day.After treatment of 10 days,changes of the skin histiopathology were observed,and its Baker＇s and PASI＇s scores were determined.Results After treatment,the skin Baker＇s and PASI＇s scores were decreased in the electroacupuncture group,topic drug group and electroacupuncture combined with topic drug group as compared with those in the model group（P〈0.01）,but Baker＇s score in electroacupuncture group were lower than that in other group（P〈0.05）;PASI＇s scores in electroacupuncture group and topic drug group have variety（P〈0.05）;topic drug group and electroacupuncture combined with topic drug group have no variety.Conclusion The rat model with psoriasis-like lesion can be improved by electroacupuncture,topic drug Tazarotene and electroacupuncture combined with Tazarotene,the effect of electroacupuncture is remarkable.
