中西药结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价中西药结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法 60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛的患者随机分成2组,治疗组30例采用活血理气通络方口服,同时口服呋喃硫胺片(50 mg/次,3次/d)、甲钴胺片(0.5 mg/次,3次/d)、盐酸阿米替林片(25 mg/次,2次/d)、盐酸曲马多缓释片(100 mg/次,1次/晚)。对照组30例只采用后4种西药治疗。治疗10 d后进行疗效评价。结果有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效较西药更好。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on treating postherpetic neuralgia（PHN）.Methods 60 patients with PHN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in treatment group were treated with Huoxue Liqi Tongluo decoction,fursultiamine tablets（50 mg a time,three times daily）,mecobalamin tablets（0.5 mg a time,three times daily）,amitriptyline hydrochloride tablets（25 mg a time,twice daily） and tramadol hydrochloride sustained release tablets（100 mg a time,one time daily,at bedtime）.In control group,patients were only treated with the latter four western medicines.Clinical efficacy and statistics analysis were performed after continuous treatment for 10 days.Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 73.33%.There was a significant difference between them（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is more effective than western medicine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
