摘　　要：目的:探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床诊断与治疗。方法:回顾性分析17例经病理确诊的浆细胞性乳腺炎病人的诊断及治疗。结果:术前诊断为乳腺癌者2例、炎性包块者3例、纤维腺瘤者2例、浆细胞性乳腺炎者10例。12例行局部肿块切除术,2例行乳腺区段切除术,3例行脓肿切开引流术和二期病灶切除;其中1例病人术后多次复发,于第三次入院时行复发侧单纯乳房切除术。结论:本病术前易误诊,应行术中冰冻切片病理检查和术后的石蜡病理确诊;手术切除病灶是本病唯一彻底有效之治疗方法。Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of plasma cell mastitis. Methods The data of 17 patients with plasma cell mastitis which were pathologically diagnosed were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients were diagnosed as breast carcinoma （2）, inflammatory mass （3）, fibroadenoma （2） and plasma cell mastitis（10） preoperatively. Twelve cases received partial lumpectomy, 2 segmental mastectomy and 3 abscess-drainage followed by lesions resection. One patient had recurrence several times and was subjected to simple masteetomy at the third hospitalization. Conclusions Plasma cell mastitis is usually misdiagnosed before operation. Therefore both intraoperative frozen pathological and postoperative paraffin-embed pathological diagnosis should be performed. Surgical resection is the only complete and effective treatment of plasma cell mastitis.
