摘　　要：目的:确定不同氧含量对新生隐球菌形态学的影响。方法:以厌氧、微需氧和二氧化碳产气袋建立不同氧含量培养条件,以大气条件为正常氧含量培养条件,存酵母膏胨葡萄糖培养基(YPD)、YES培养基、多巴和咖啡酸等培养基在37℃下培养3 d至7 d后,观察不同氧含量培养条件下新生隐球菌形态和产黑素情况。结果:厌氧条件下所有受试菌株的菌落直径明显减小(P<0.05),且不产生黑素结论:新生隐球菌可在厌氧条件下生长。氧含量下降(<21%)抑制新生隐球菌的生长及黑素形成,不同菌株对氧含量变化的反应不同。Objective： To determine the effects of different oxygen concentration on the morphology of cryptococcus neoformans in culture. Method： After cryptococcus neoformans was incubated on YPD （Yeast Extract Peptone Dextrose ）, YES（Yeast extract with supplements）, DOPA （dihydroxyphenylalanine） and caffeic acid agars at 37 ℃ for 3 - 7 days, under different oxygen levels in AnaeroPack Series, changes in morphology and pigmentation of cryptococcus neoformans were observed. Results： Colony diameter of cryptococcus neoformans under anaerobic condition was significantly smaller and no pigmentation was observed. Conclusion： Cryptococcus neoformans can grow under anaerobic condition. The growth and melanin production of cryptococcus neoformans were inhibited under lower oxygen concentrations （ 〈 21% ）. The strains tested may have different susceptibility to changing oxygen level.
